“Absolutely the worst... initially good. But then once I had purchased the investment property absolutely shocking. No ongoing support. I paid for Pocketsmith and Taxtank subscriptions. Used Pocketsmith for 12 months of the 3 yr subscription...and used Taxtank one! Have been asking for a refund. Also paid $20k for a lifetime of service... crickets....”

“We feel very relieved that we got away from this company – it honestly felt like we dodged a bullet. They sold us a house & land package that was significantly over-valued. The whole process was rushed: once they saw our finances, they told us everything we wanted to hear and pushed us into signing quickly. I was taken back when on a call they had showed us “this is your property” and now we need $1000 deposit. At the time, we trusted the price was fair, but after looking into it properly we realised they had added $100k+ above what it was actually worth. In our opinion, this business does not act in the client’s best interests. They profit by inflating prices and taking money from other vendors, which leaves buyers at a huge disadvantage. Please be cautious and do your own thorough research before dealing with them and paying any deposits as they will not refund anything!”
